FIFA World Cup™ Permanent Exhibition

As part of the permanent FIFA World Cup™ exhibition at the FIFA Museum, DOT was commissioned to develop a series of graphic installations and exhibition elements celebrating the history and cultural impact of football’s most prestigious tournament.

The assignment focused on creating a visual narrative around the FIFA World Cup posters and selected tournament-related graphic material. Drawing from the rich design heritage of the competition, DOT developed exhibition graphics that highlight how each tournament has been expressed through its unique visual identity, reflecting the culture, aesthetics, and spirit of its host nation.

Balancing historical authenticity with contemporary exhibition design, the installations were created to guide visitors through decades of football history while showcasing the evolution of graphic design, illustration, and visual communication within the FIFA World Cup.

The result is an engaging and educational exhibition experience that places the official tournament posters at the center of the story, allowing visitors to explore the intersection of football, culture, and design through one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.
